A Life In The Day
This project examines the effect of changing time zones, specifically the effect of daylight savings.
It is well known that our bodies have rhythms (aka biorythms) that allow us to keep a stable and healthy condition.
So what happens when the whole population changes their times forward and back one hour twice a year?
We all know the effects of changing a time zone when travelling, but what is the cost to society for this change?
We will look at the options for a permanent change, as opposed to the biannual change we currently have.
